As someone with experience in heating, those skirting board radiators are useless. Just get either normal wall mounted radiators or underfloor heating. The wall mounted radiators have a cheap installation cost, but the running cost adds up. With the underfloor heating. The installation is expensive, but the running cost is hella cheap

You need to add sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda - NaHCO3) to the water, not salt (NaCl) - When you split salt water, it releases Chlorine Gas. You really really don't want Chlorine gas in your environment. Water and sodium bicarb makes water split into H2 and O2, totally safe (uhh, well apart from being Browns Gas (explosive) and high concentrations of O2 breaking down the protines in your lungs...

My house in Vancouver is the same as you explained in the apartment diagram where the two phases combined only result in 208V rather than 240V. Hi, i'm from Portugal(the little country next to spain, and is not part of spain. 😅😅🤣). In here we have a single transformer that powers a small village, the transformer as a suply of 15 or 30kV tree phase( depens on the part of the country) and suplyes 230V single phase and 400V tree phase. Normaly the houses are suplied with 230V and 5 to 30A(this deppends on the contract with the ellectrical company). All houses are protected with a main differential breaker and with breakers for every single circuit. Sorry for my english.
